Your T-8000 will come already lubricated and you will not necessarily need to apply lubrication during its initial phase of use.  However if at any time the (1) TherOzone Pressure Bottle does not easily slide on or off the male coupler, or (2) if the turning of the bottle to seal the coupler does not easily glide in either direction, then the silicone lubrication will need to be applied as follows: "Instructions for Lubricating the T-8000 Coupler" (pdf Version)

If you have lubricated the T-8000 male coupler and the TherOzone Pressure Bottle still does not easily glide on and off, or seal and be removed easily, it is likely that the "O" rings on the coupler will need to be replaced.

Using standard cotton pliers hook behind the upper O-ring first and gently pull the O-ring downward removing it from the coupler.  Repeat the same procedure for the bottom O-ring.  While removing O-rings use caution in not damaging the T-8000 coupler. 

Apply a small amount of silicone grease to index finger and thumb.  Take a replacement O-ring and carefully roll the O-ring between your index finger and thumb in order to apply a thin film of lubricant to the O-ring.   

When installing freshly greased O-rings it is easiest for the first O-ring to become seated in the bottom O-ring groove.  When installing the second O-ring carefully slide it past the bottom O-ring until it becomes properly seated in the upper O-ring groove.
